By accessing, browsing, or using the RiseLaxmi website and its educational services (collectively, the “Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use RiseLaxmi. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Nepalese law.

To access course content, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information;
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share your login with any other person;
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

When you purchase a course on RiseLaxmi, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view that course content for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. Course access is subject to payment being received in full.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue course content at any time as part of our ongoing effort to keep educational materials accurate and relevant.

All courses sold on RiseLaxmi are digital products delivered via online streaming. Once you have accessed course content, the sale is considered complete. Please review course descriptions carefully before purchasing.

All content on the RiseLaxmi platform — including but not limited to video lectures, course materials, written content, graphics, logos, and the RiseLaxmi brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of RiseLaxmi and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Downloading, recording, copying, or reproducing course content by any means;
• Sharing, distributing, re-selling, or publicly displaying course content;
• Creating derivative works based on our content;
• Using our brand, name, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission.

By using RiseLaxmi, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations;
• Post or transmit any defamatory, offensive, fraudulent, or misleading content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems;
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform;
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content from the platform;
• Engage in any activity that could damage the reputation of RiseLaxmi.

Course fees are displayed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) or as otherwise stated on the platform. Payments are processed via our designated payment gateway. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

Our refund policy is as follows (subject to update by the platform owner):

• Refund eligibility, timeframes, and conditions are determined at the sole discretion of RiseLaxmi.
• Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests where a significant portion of course content has been accessed.

All course content is provided for educational purposes only. Please refer to our full Disclaimer for details on the educational nature of our content and the limitations of our liability with respect to any financial decisions you make.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine, in our reasonable judgement, that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your access to course content will be revoked.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Nepalese law, RiseLaxmi and its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its educational content.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nepal.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
